Molly M. Michelman has been a part of the Southern Nevada dietetics community since 1998. She spent 17 years at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas on the faculty and as Didactic Program in Nutrition and Dietetics Director. She has worked as a consultant and nutrition educator with several businesses and organizations, including Southwest Medical Associates, MGM Mirage, Paiute Tribe, Southern Nevada Health District, Create a Change Now, Dignity Health, Clark County School District, The Food Connection, Healthy Interactions, the Cities of Henderson and Las Vegas, University of Nevada Reno Cooperative Extension and School of Medicine. Since 2016, Molly has focused her efforts primarily on EPS, as an integral part of the company’s dramatic growth in her multiple roles overseeing the administrative, human resources and accounting operations. Molly is a Mental Health First Aider, and is grateful for the opportunity to share her nutrition knowledge with industry colleagues. She and her husband, Steven, are the proud parents of two terrific and talented musicians, Sam and Leo.
