Michael Kohler is a creative technologist currently focused on building the next generation of infrastructure and workflows to enhance live events, retail experiences, and virtual production; by creating thought provoking demonstrations and prototypes to help everyone understand the use cases of these emergent technologies.
As a media server programmer, he traveled across the country working on various theatre, television, and corporate productions and in his free time, enjoys building things and playing video games with his cat Lena. Current projects include working with Virtual, Augented, Hybrid, and eXtended Realities at Fuse Technical Group, and seeing how these realities can be used abused and distorted to fit into the live production workflow.
