Kim Scott
Enchant Christmas Vice President of Experience
Kim is currently the Vice President of Experience for Enchant. She is responsible for ensuring all aspects of the guest experience and artistic quality of the live events and leads the sourcing efforts finding top technical talent for the installations of the world’s largest holiday light mazes.
Prior to joining Enchant, Kim was the General Manager of Celestia on the Las Vegas Strip working with the top acts from America’s Got Talent. Managing the dynamics of a 30, 000 sq. ft immersive tent experience added to her already diverse operational skills.
Kim had a rewarding career with over 13 years with Cirque du Soleil. In her last role, she served as the Sr. Manager of Sourcing and Partnerships. She created and identified programs to support the technical sourcing needs and collaborated with key organizations to provide insight and growth in the live entertainment industry. Kim also company managed the Cirque du Soleil productions KÀ, The Beatles LOVE and CRISS ANGEL BeLIEve.
Kim is a founder of the United States Institute of Theatre Technology (USITT) Elite Training Program, a collaborative effort between USITT, and industry technical partners to provide students with an opportunity for hands on training with the technology used on the current productions.
Kim is the National Treasurer of USITT and serves on several university advisory boards.
She also recently launched KS Consulting; where she leverages her skills in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance performance, operational readiness, and efficiencies for companies and universities world-wide. She is committed to be a steward to early career professionals and is a dedicated mentor to young women in the entertainment field.
Kim holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of California-Irvine. She had a vibrant professional career performing in concert dance and musical theatre before moving into hospitality and entertainment management.
