Hans Lau has been involved in the entertainment lighting industry for more than 45 years as a product designer, manufacturer, consultant, and end-user.  He is one of the founders of LumenRadio AB; originators of the CRMX Wireless DMX&RDM technology. Hans is currently director of Change Management at the DADCO / Sunray Group, a manufacturer of power and data distribution for the Motion Picture & TV industry.  He also serves as the chair of the Codes & Standards Committee at IATSE Local 728 Hollywood Studio Electrical Lighting Technicians.
