Chris Wessels started as an engineer at Las Vegas-based Fisher Technical Services Inc (FTSI) where he designed and commissioned large scale automation systems around the world for clients such as The Metropolitan Opera, Franco Dragone, and Cirque du Soleil. After acquiring FTSI, TAIT brought Chris on board as VP of Automation, and he relocated to southern California to open TAIT’s first Los Angeles office in 2015. Over the years, Chris has led acclaimed international project teams working in almost all facets of the entertainment industry from Disney theme parks to hit Broadway musicals to Hollywood blockbuster movies. Chris is currently principal engineer at TAIT, overseeing internal engineering initiatives and managing relationships with both key clients and technology partners. Chris is a licensed professional engineer and holds a BS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
