Charlotte is a producer with Disney Live Entertainment for Disney Cruise Line Entertainment Production. Over the past twelve years, she has stage managed at all four parks at the Walt Disney World Resort before becoming a production manager for Disney Live Entertainment and Disney Cruise Line in 2014. She hasmanaged projects on all ships in Disney’s expanding fleet including: Beauty and the Beast; Aladdin: A Musical Spectacular, Golden Mickeys, Very Merrytime Cruises, Star Wars Day at Sea and countless shipwide shows. Most recently, she was one of the producers responsible for opening all the ship-wide shows on board the Disney Wish, Disney’s newest ship.

Before moving to Orlando, Charlotte got her sea legs as stage & production manager with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Stage management credits include: Blue Man Group, Cirque du Soleil and multiple summer stocks. Charlotte hails from Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania; with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre-Stage Management, Business and English from Muhlenberg College.
