Brad Nelms has been in the business for ~20 years, and spent the bulk of that time working in sales and integration for many of the largest companies in the industry. He has an in-depth knowledge of how many successful operations have implemented used equipment strategies into their business model and is passionate about helping others do the same. In his current role, VP of Global Business Development for GearSource, Brad works hand in hand with both buyers and sellers of used equipment every day from all over the world, advising on strategy, pricing, etc. Previously he worked as the Manager of Used Asset Sales at VER to drive the creation of a used equipment sales program in conjunction with product group leaders and the executive team. He has also spent time at 4Wall, PRG, Solotech, ACT Entertainment and TLS, Inc.
