This intermediate course covers the Hog 4 control software which is used on the Hog 4, Full Boar 4, Road Hog 4, Hedgehog 4, and Hog 4PC. This hands-on class will use an industry standard Hog 4 Console connected to Capture visualization software. The class covers most parts of the console software, with additional time allotted for questions or general practice time. Prerequisites: Attendee should have prior experience with automated luminaires and a general familiarity with lighting consoles. In addition, they should have working knowledge of the DMX 512 communication protocol, fixture addressing, and patching. Some previous Hog 4 experience is highly recommended but not required.
